I had a great experience with Juan R. at Honest1 and truly appreciate his kindness and honesty.

I recently bought a new car and wanted another opinion before fully completing the purchase. I had already gotten a few inspections from other mechanics, but there was a subtle noise that was still bothering me. After seeing the great reviews for Honest1, I decided to call.

Juan was very patient while I explained my concerns and walked me through the inspection services they offer, but I never felt pressured to purchase anything. Once he understood that my main concern was the noise, he suggested I could bring the car by within about 45 minutes and he would simply test drive it with me to listen for it. He even said if I arrived a little late, he would still wait for me.

When I got there, he repeated my concerns back to me so I knew he had really been listening. We went for a drive and he quickly put my mind at ease, explaining what the noise likely was and reassuring me that it wasn’t anything to worry about. He even had me test a few other things during the drive to see if any additional noises would show up and cause for concern. Everything sounded great!

It’s rare to find someone so honest and helpful without trying to upsell services. Because of Juan’s professionalism and integrity, I will definitely be returning to Honest1 in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service. ⭐

Spoke to Ryan on the phone. Incredibly kind and easy to work with, was able yo get me in right away. Very reasonable cost to repair my tire, no BS no pressure to upsell services. The shop is impeccably clean and organized. The front office was inviting with coffee, drinks, TV and kid area. 1st time here, and I’ll definitely be back

As a full-time camper, my truck is vitally important to our lifestyle. When my starter went kaput, we found Honest1. Derek worked me in and in less than a full day, had me back on the road. The price was very reasonable and the diagnostic they ran on my truck was very helpful. Everyone was professional and the waiting area was like a hotel lobby. The shop appeared to be VERY clean and the mechanics all seemed to be efficient. If I had more than two thumbs, I’d give them all “up” to this shop! The warranty is very good and there are many other shops in the corporate family for further service. They saved my day.

Came here in October ’25 to get a diagnostic check for the a/c where it wasnt working on drivers side. I felt we had Great customer service. The shop said diagnosed issue, said they recharged a/c, replaced sun sensor, $800. The problem still wasn’t fixed.

As we were given our keys back. My wife asked why isnt a/c blowing cold? The answer we received was “the refrigerant already evaporated in a few minutes after we recharged it due to leak in evaporator.”

This place didnt recharge my a/c. We were told we needed a new $2000 service/part.

Today, I had another mechanic inspect my a/c, put in refrigerant and the car was blowing cold instantly on both sides of the car when we received our car back. 0 issues 3 months later.

Beware. The issue they stated didnt exist. DEREK: I want my money back for not recharging my a/c Definitely get a second opinion. I wouldn’t recommend.

Always the best experience at a mechanic! I truly dread car maintenance and of course any issues, but every time I go to Honest 1 I feel so comfortable. They truly live up to their name, honest. They’re efficient, excellent communication and top notch customer service. They stand by their work and their word. Could not ask for anything else! And a snack waiting for me in the car, what a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!
