I had a great experience at Cozy Dental, and I wasn’t even the patient! I was with my girlfriend and she saw Dr. Mills. It was such a good experience that I am thinking of coming here to get my teeth done.al

Cozy Dental is simply the best dental office I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is so very nice, competent and professional. I loveed my dentist that made my new dentures. He fit me perfectly! I get compliments often and people are suprised when I tell them I have dentures. I am proud of my smile and I will always recommend Cozy Dental to people because they do excellent work. Thank you Cozy Dental.
Sincerely,
Aalana Minor

had a deep cleaning appointment with dental hygienist Sherry and she was amazing. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My teeth feel so clean now. Highly recommend her!

I’m very happy with Cozy Dental. The front desk staff are always professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. The doctors did a great job restoring and taking care of my teeth, and I’m truly grateful for that. I’ve been coming here for over a year and plan to continue using this clinic. Highly recommend.
Its OK, my first cleaning with Viviana went really well, she was kind and afterwards I had some pain but it subsided relatively quickly.
My second visit however was not good. I showed up 30min early, paid my copay (they don’t let you forget at Cozy Dental) and waited. After 30 mins I went to check what was taking so long and finally out pops Sherry. About 5min after the scheduled appointment.
The front desk apparently did not share the proper information and so I was forced to remind the hygienist (Sherry) about the procedure to be done during the visit. This misunderstanding must have upset Sherry because afterwards she was silent, and aggressive during my cleaning. This felt retaliatory and now as the numbing wears off I feel she intended to inflict some pain. You have to sign a bunch of documents, you,re prohibited from recording and all purchases are final. The whole thing felt like I was being grifted, as opposed to cared for and that’s unfortunate. The cost even with insurance was over $400 and I’m not sure if I’ll be back. Everyone is nice, very smiley and everything but smiles often hide things so just be mindful if you do decide to visit. Ask for Viviana if you can, she seems to add a bit more care to the cleaning in my experience.
Oh and after all the money spent they try to sell to you again while in the dentist seat, this time on their fluoride toothpaste. Apparently it’s recommended but not covered by insurance of course, so its another $27. My jaw is in pain and after it all my body feels like something for a business to profit from, and less like something cared for by human beings.
