Castle Rock Imports is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve worked with. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and don’t try to upsell or talk you into unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the work was done right the first time.

I have an import and I’m pretty particular on who works on it. My clutch went out passing through Castle rock and I found this amazing shop. I had a chance to speak with the owner Tim, who was very polite and confident that it would be no issues getting my car taken care of. I was blown away by the customer service from Gracen, One of the service advisors, who was very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication with me throughout the rebuild. I’d like to also give a special shout out to the technicians that worked on my vehicle because they did an astounding job and it runs like a dream. I highly recommend the shop and I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service!

OK so, I’ve always had Japanese cars or American made- we got a vw and I was initially shocked at how much was needed just to find a good euro mechanic… now we have 2 cars and honestly a lot has to do with this shop… #1 they’re local and remember who we are #2 all of the staff are stand up people who legit tell you how they would treat and work their cars if they were in the spot. #3 Any issue from oil changes to something big i bring it here, they explain whats up, show me the parts and teach me so I feel comfortable with what they’re looking to bill me for… they’ve been a great help in keeping our cars on the road and i couldn’t be more appreciative. I love the official take it to the dealership, but dislike going there…. if you’re needing to take your import in, take it here instead

Grayson and the team at Castle Rock Imports are great! We’ve brought our car here a few times as we’ve encountered some strange issues with the car as it has gotten older. The team was very thorough in their investigation / diagnostic and were very patient and detailed as they explained what issues they were seeing. We’ll definitely be back and am glad to have found a great shop for imports in the area.
