Had an excellent experience with Kevin and Jalen. Shop itself is nicely appointed, lobby is comfortable and contemporary with comfy furniture and business bar with wifi, coffee, and snacks. Impressive system of documenting everything that is being done and recommended. Was able to take me quickly and performed the service quickly as well. Reasonably priced. Job well done guys!

True Euro in Sandy Springs is top-tier. Kevin helped me tremendously by doing a full diagnostic and clearly breaking down what was going on with my Alfa Romeo Giulia and what steps I needed to take next. He was honest, transparent, patient, and genuinely kind—no pressure, no runaround, just real expertise and integrity. My experience with True Automotive was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any repair shop. The pricing was extremely high compared to other reputable shops in the area, and the explanations for the charges were inconsistent and unclear. It felt like the focus was on maximizing the bill rather than providing honest, transparent service.

The communication and overall organization of the shop were also very concerning. Information changed, questions were not clearly answered, and the level of professionalism from management left a lot to be desired. When you’re dealing with expensive vehicle repairs, customers deserve clear communication, fair pricing, and accountability — none of which I felt I received here.

The management and ownership appear to have serious issues when it comes to running a trustworthy operation. Instead of creating confidence, the experience created doubt and frustration from start to finish.

There are plenty of honest and reputable repair shops that value long-term relationships with their customers. Based on my experience, this is not one I would recommend. I would strongly encourage anyone considering True Automotive to get a second opinion and carefully compare prices before agreeing to any work.

They got back to me very quickly with a clear, reasonable quote and were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The customer service was noticeably better than what I experienced at the dealership. Everything felt straightforward, professional, and efficient.

The work was completed on time and done well, and I especially appreciated their 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty on the repairs, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work.
