Everything is explained in detail with paperwork, including photos. The charges were in line with expectations. The building itself is exceptionally clean with a comfortable waiting area. I dropped off my vehicle and was given a ride home. When service was complete, they arranged transportation for me to pick up my clean and well maintained car! Elite performed the most recent 4-wheel alignment on my Tesla Model 3P. They did excellent work, quickly and efficiently. The shop is clean and orderly and the employees were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
