I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but my visit to Aspen Dental in Loveland truly put me at ease. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and got me checked in quickly, which helped calm my nerves right away.
Grace did a great job with my X‑rays, giving me plenty of time to regroup between each one since I have a small mouth and a strong gag reflex. She kept me calm, talked me through everything in real time, and made the whole process so much more comfortable.
Val, the hygienist, and Dr. Abney were also wonderful. They were gentle, reassuring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was genuinely blown away by the entire team and how well they worked together to make me feel cared for.
I will definitely be going back to see them again and highly recommend Aspen Dental in Loveland to anyone who is anxious about dental visits.

The care I received was top notch. I had a crown installed, the process was comfortable and everyone involved seemed to know their stuff. I am moving to a new practice for reasons unrelated to treatment or outcome.

Working with the office was absolutely terrible. The receptionists are just as confused as you are about absolutely everything that is even slightly abnormal in terms of billing, scheduling, and insurance. The individuals who actually handled insurance related questions were not only rude, but seemed equally confused. Their tactic with me when my bill was unclear seemed to be simply speaking more quickly and less clearly, hoping that I would just provide money in order for them to stop. I paid double the original estimate for reasons that a year later still nobody can explain to me.

Jess is always super responsive and incredibly helpful when answering questions, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Bernice was extremely compassionate and kind, and never made me feel uncomfortable at any point. Dr. Abney is quick, gentle, and very thorough — I felt completely confident in their care, the entire team made me feel comfortable and never embarrassed throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the professionalism and genuine care from everyone here and highly recommend this office.
