I didn’t know I could love a dentist office so much! From the moment I walked in, Maven was a great experience. The office is designed and decorated in such a cute and welcoming way. Every single staff member is friendly and genuinely cares about you as an individual. I arrived a little early for my appointment and they had me in before my scheduled time — no wait at all!

Dr. Steven is the BEST dentist I have ever met. So personable, so knowledgeable, so helpful, explained everything in the perfect amount of detail. (Bonus points, he’s funny and made me laugh several times!)

I’ve never felt more cared for with a medical/dental experience than I have at Maven. If you have any level of dental anxiety, or you’re just looking for a really wonderful dentist, go here. All the five star reviews still don’t oversell this wonderful office!

The way a dental experience should be. Maven Smile is by far the best dental experience I’ve had. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Dr. Ralston is the best. They always make sure you’re informed every step of the way and explain the best options available to you with zero pressure to make any decisions. Highly recommended!

I previously have posted a five-star review for Maven Smiles upon going there for the very first time they left the most amazing impression. Since then I have been going to see Dr Steven and his team for close to a year now and I have had several fillings done cleaning as well as a broken tooth repaired and anytime I go back to his office I am more comfortable than the last time going to see a dentist for me quite literally feels like pulling teeth as I woke up in the middle of my wisdom tooth procedure so anytime I’m in a dental chair unfortunately I am already extremely uncomfortable and anxious he and his team go above and beyond every single time I am in their care and do everything possible to make sure they complete the work that needs to be done without causing me too much emotional stress I’ve recently also found out that I have pots as well as ehlers danlos syndrome, madysyn is always very mindful of that when adjusting chair positions and in addition being very cautious and making sure that I do not get the anesthetic that has epinephrine in it ever since the first time we chose to use that numbing agent and I had a bad reaction she checks with Dr Steven for it to 6 times before he administers the numbing agent to verify that there is not epinephrine and Dr Stephen also knows that I did not react great to it and no matter how many times we ask he is always very kind and reassuring that there is not any epinephrine and he is never annoyed if I were to ever lose my insurance I would be more than happy to pay out-of-pocket to see him and his team they are amazing people amazing hygienist and he is an amazing dentist

Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and warm. Dr. Steven has a great chairside manner. They are always upfront on pricing and looking at what insurance will cover ahead of any service. They don’t make you ask for this info, they just give it to you when you look at scheduling for any work like fillings, crowns, etc. They accommodate people on evenings and weekends, which is really nice, especially when you have a central emergency or an unusual worth schedule.

I called Maven last minute because I was hopeful I’d find a place to help us in a desperate situation. And that is exactly what they did. My boyfriend needed immediate care and a spontaneous tooth removal due to an infection. Not only was everyone so kind, but also patient, understanding, non-judgemental, and unbelievably helpful. Both my boyfriend and I have severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. To say they alleviated that in minutes is an understatement. Everything was taken care of and the cost for the entire treatment plan was not astronomical. We will absolutely be going back for their care whenever it is needed.
