I cannot recommend Dr. Yvette and the team at Perfect Teeth in Centerra enough! After a nightmare experience at a different office where my tooth was actually damaged and my insurance was mishandled, I was ready to never go to another dentist again. Dr. Yvette was a breath of fresh air and completely restored my trust and comfort.

She didn’t just tell me what was wrong, but showed me how and why it happened. She walked me through all my options, provided an estimated cost, and confirmed exactly what my insurance would cover. I felt so much more at ease coming out with a clear treatment plan, especially knowing my insurance covers all of it!

I first visited Perfect Teeth-Loveland over two years ago and at that time they were undergoing turnover, didn’t bill my insurance for subpar services which resulted in a year of bills, phone calls, they tried to send me to collections, and after finally getting things sorted out a year ago I just received another bill from them. This place has been a thorn in my side due to their own incompetence.

Initially I liked the dentist and staff there after a few visits, were always nice. I had a broken tooth and scheduled it to possibly remove since they agreed it was a wisdom tooth over the phone. I got to my appointment and they didnt have any idea I was there for a broken tooth. They said it was for two other wisdom teeth that were not incolved with the broken tooth. Long story short I moved forward with the extraction of the others since I already took off work and possibly could use the extractions further down the road. It used all my benefits with insurance for the year and I still have a broken tooth since they wouldnt work on it. The cost is paid was also double the quote given a few minutes earlier. Doc removing the teeth was in an obvious rush, super super rough hands, not conscious of how the patient feels during the unrealistic amount of repeated sticks for novocaine. Was done in literally less than a minute and a half with no wait for extraction after novocaine. As I walked out of the building, with the same broken tooth I came for, I see the doc flying by through the parking lot and onto the highway, obviously had better things to do. All around a really bad experience. Obviously perception is your reality, so take with a grain of salt, but I walked away very unhappy. Not returning… only wrote a review because they sent a text asking to, and I’m telling my truth.

I was referred by the VA’s Community Care Department, and feel that this location treated me WORSE than even the Denver VA.

I came in on November 19, 2025, with a severe cavity, received more tooth X-rays than Leon Spinx, and left with only a Lidocaine prescription for my pain. I was told that the clinic is basically spineless, and I had to get another code to do the work that they need to do to fix my tooth, do some cleaning, reinvent my mouth, erect a Ferris wheel, etc.

While I was at the West Eisenhower Blvd. location in Loveland, Colorado, I tried to be pleasant, a little bit jovial and light-hearted without overdoing it, and received in return rudeness and the bedside mannerisms of a stone or a wolf on its prey from the hygienist, as well as the dentist. I reported this to the front desk receptionist, and she said that she would notify her boss of the rude treatment that I received.

The last time that I was treated this poorly by a dental department was at the Denver VA when they were at the old facility right beside the Rose Medical Center in downtown Denver, Colorado.

As a human, as well as a Disabled Veteran of the U. S. Navy, deserves better treatment than a cockroach that is trying to crawl up onto a person”s leg or across their kitchen floor to be stomped on.
