Brian and the team are amazing went well out their way to take care of my stranded daughter. If you’re looking for a good family oriented team then this is where you take your car. For a big corporate chain Brian runs it as his own and puts the customer first. I’m so grateful for him and his team, helping out my daughter at a fair and reasonable price. All of the guys did a great job repairing my brake line and also replacing my front shocks which had been on there a long time. They were not easy to take off and the guy did a superb job. My truck runs and drives like when I was new I will be back.

DO NOT USE. I wasted $1500 here just for my AC to not be fixed and they had no idea how to fix it. They were VERY rude and unprofessional, and spoke down to me. So I ended up out the $1500 and still needing my AC fixed. I initially paid around $1300 and my ac worked for about a day, then stopped working again. We took it back in since we paid so much for it to be fixed, so they could correct their previous work that we paid $1300 for. They then proceeded to charge us $200 on top of that. And then my AC still did not work. I took it to a different mechanic and they fixed it right away for good, for only $500….i never leave reviews but do not waste your money. My friend had a very bad experience with them also. Now I am out $1500 because of them.

I had a tire blow out on my way home to visit family in Tampa. I stopped at Tire Kingdom off exit 217 at about 4:30 on a Sunday.
Willis was extremely busy with multiple customers, 30 mins before the shop closed. I explained the situation to him, but the tire I needed wasn’t in stock. He offered to patch it for me, free of charge. He stayed late to help me out, while assisting several other people. Would highly recommend this location because of my experience with Willis.

I went in for an oil change and for them to check to see if I had an oil leak. The team went over and above the call of duty to take care of my car. I was very well pleased with their performance and professional performance. That was my first time at that facility and I’ll definitely be back to give them my business.
