Brakes plus Castle Rock is the real deal. I needed a lot of work completeled on my 4Runner. The tech accurately diagnosed needing new suspension components. Basically the vehicle needed an all new suspension and rightfully so for having over 200 hundred thousand miles on it. There was a laundry list of work that needed to be done to the vehicle, Rob got me in late Friday evening and the vehicle was done Saturday–wow..I’ve never in my life seen that amount of work get completed in 24hrs without having an appointment and just a walk in. The parts used and the work done is exceptional. You pay for the service here but make no mistake, you get more than what you pay for with the quality across the board. Rob is very professional and nice and also very honest. I cannot say enough great things about Brakes Plus Castle Rock. You have my business! This place SUCKS!!!! Manager said about an hour to hour and a half for an oil change as I made an appointment. 2 hours later… suv still sitting outside… tech finally brought it in after 2 hours and 25 mins. We got an oil change and didn’t even make it home before the oil light came on. Oil leaking everywhere from under the car. Towed it to the dealer for them to look at. Would NOT RECOMMEND. READ the reviews before going to this shop…

I just had a front-end alignment done on my truck at Brakes Plus in Castle Rock. I could not by happier in how I was treated. The manager, Dustin Schuckenbrock, runs a great shop and understands the importance of excellent Customer Service. I was treated respectfully, appreciated and with a sense of urgency that you don’t always find in an Automotive Chain. Thank you for a great experience.
