Rick provides exceptional Paintless Hail Repair/ PDR. The best of the best! His work is exquisite and our truck looked better than new after he removed multiple deep hail strikes. He is a true professional who went above and beyond for us. We travel full time and were caught in a large hail storm the first night we stopped in Colorado. I immediately contacted Rick and told him about our situation – that we were leaving in 2 weeks and needed the complete process (assessment, work complete, and truck returned) done within that time frame. Our Ram 3500 suffered extensive hail damage from a storm last summer. We found out about paintless hail repair & took our truck to the Dent & Ding Surgeon. Rick & his assistant did an excellent job at restoring our truck – it looks even better than it did before the hailstorm. They spent a considerable amount of time on the roof in order to save it and avoid replacement.
Communication from the shop was excellent and the truck was ready when they said it would be. Although Rick worked with our insurance company, it was obvious that he was looking out for our best interests. For all-around quality work, Dent & Ding Surgeon comes highly recommended.

Nothing short of a miracle!! I do not do many reviews, but if I could, I would have given Dent and Ding surgeon 10 stars!!! My new Mercedes got obliterated by hail during a trip to New Mexico. The damage was so bad it was destined for a body shop as I was told, the hail damage was too severe for paintless hail repair. Rick took care of my new baby in without no doubt. Wow! It was a miracle! He saved my very expensive Mercedes and retained its new value by removing thousands of dents paintlessly. It looks brand new again! A body shop would have replaced panels, done body refinish work with putty and sanding and repainted most of all the vehicle, destroying its current value. Which I absolutely did not want! I cannot say enough about Dent & Ding Surgeon.

I had hail damage and a nasty door dent, along with some deep scratches. Rick was able to work all of them out, and spent extra time on the door dent. I never thought the dent in the door would be able to come out and he was able to get the job done! I 10/10 recommend this place above all other repair shops.
