Faulty tune-up caused immediate misfires in my vehicle. I returned multiple times and was repeatedly told by the store manager, Joseph, to “drive 50 miles and come back.” The problem was never fixed. Other shops confirmed the spark plugs installed here were defective. I bought new plugs and fixed the issue myself in Duke of Oil’s parking lot, and the problem was immediately resolved. Joseph accepted the faulty plugs.
I was promised a $160 credit by store management, but corporate later refused to honor it—even after the district manager personally reviewed written confirmation from their own employee. I was also charged $102 for a $79.99 oil change despite having a $15 coupon and was refused a receipt. Unprofessional behavior and zero accountability. I would not recommend this place. I have videos too !

Management and the while team care for the car and the clients have gone above and beyond help and saving me and my car with serious issues. Best price rates. I highly recommend this team amd location. Thank you for your care always! You’re the best.

This shop has been nothing short of awesome! I brought my truck there for few things to hat it needs to be more reliable and they did not disappoint at all. They are fast, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Honest about everything and do their best to work within you budget. They let me know about what I need before fixing it so there isn’t a surprise bill and the manager is a great team leader. I will bring any of my cars to them as well as suggest them to anyone!

I looked up the nearest place by me since I got in my car and pretty much had no breaks! I was completely distraught and down on my luck they not only got me in right away but honestly told me things that were necessary needed and just recommended even when I thought I needed a whole break job it was a minor issue with something else and was truthful about it I appreciated it! They gave me some coupons so I will be back because of the great service!
