I had an exhaust issue come up that would have costs $2500 at a dealership because their fix on the issue was to just replace the entire exhaust system, so lazy. It is a well know quality defect in this model and year but GM does nothing to make it right. So I worked with JD and his crew and we solved the issue for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge. Great service, knowledgeable, and great customer experience. This was my first time getting service and they have earned future business from me!

Traveling alone from Chicago to Cincinnati, I started hearing the sound of something dragging from the front of my car. I pulled over and saw a large piece of metal had popped off and there was no way to drive another 200 miles with it dragging. It was 5:45 on a Friday night and I had little hope of getting home if I waited for a tow and I wasn’t at all familiar with the area. I pulled up AAA’s website and saw Exhaust Masters was a mile away and open for another 15 minutes. I carefully drove there while my husband called ahead and they were all ready to help as soon as I arrived. They got my car up and reattached the piece in less than 20 minutes for a very reasonable price and I was able to get home safely. They even texted me later to make sure I made it. I highly recommend the services of Exhaust Masters! I am incredibly fortunate they were able to take care of my problem quickly despite it being just before close on a Friday night to get me home. Great shop!

Had 2 broken exhaust mounts and a failing connection they got me back on the road in under an hour for a very fair price. Will definitely be using them for any of my automotive needs in the future.
