I’ve known Mike for years, this is and will always be the only place that I trust with my vehicles. Everyone here is amazing. Recently my car wouldn’t start, I got it going again somehow and took it over here, i thought that i needed a new starter. within a few minutes they identified that it was just a blown fuse and replaced it for a few bucks. They could have scammed me easially, but I know that these guys will be honest.

I called McInnis after buying a head lamp for my Ram 1500 at the part’s store up the street to have them install the bulb. The shop manager told me they were short a Techician that day but to bring it down. As soon as I pulled in a technician came out and met me in the drive. Within 10 minutes he had the bulb replaced! This was not an easy install which required removing the wheel well. I was so impressed with the professionism. I haven’t been to a shop in many years that was this impressive! The topper was when I asked for the charge they told me it was complimentary!!! That is just not typical in 2025! Recently my car did not pass emissions so I took it to McInnis because they have a great success rate. My car is 20 years old and gave them a hard time to fix, but they didn’t give up. They even took it to the emissions station. This is the best automotive repair shop and I strongly recommend them…..friendly, professional, reasonably-priced and very knowledgeable. Shady business practices here! Would never trust this place with a simple tire rotation! Be aware they are in cahoots with triple M motors another scamming business as well! They claimed 3 different occasions that they fixed my Durangos electrical issues but in reality they just reset the system and held the car for 3 days acting like they were working on the problem. And I’m sure you’re wondering why my truck went there 3 different times with no results, is because of triple m motors where I purchased the junk POS. This is their finest buddy mechanic to help with there scams they run! When I asked to produce a report of all the work they had done they looked shocked and told me they would email me one later. Never produced any report of any sort! Seems a bit shady to me.

They fixed up my car’s power steering within a day when they had warned me it might take until next week because of how busy they were! Great price too from prices that I saw online from other shops.
