Brett and the team provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They were thorough and efficient in diagnosing and repairing the issue, and never made us feel rushed or confused about the process. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Their online system is very detailed and user-friendly, with updates, photos, and estimates that made it easy to follow along with the work being done. Brett was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s clear this shop values transparency and quality service. Took my vehicle in to see why my headlights were not working. Single mom so needed a professional opinion. They called me and told me I needed to have both headlight assemblies replaced and the modular was bad. They told me it would be $3,200 to have it fixed. I was very upset and stressed because I need lights but don’t have that kind of money. I was advised by a coworker to get a second opinion. I did take it into another shop and they only had to replace both the headlight bulbs and it was good to go, which was only a couple hundred to fix as my bulbs are hid and cost a little more than others. How do they do this customers? How do have Christian in your name and try to rip off a customer for $3200?? I did go back into Christian Brothers and had the service manager Tony come outside to my car and showed him my working lights and said he should be ashamed and embarrassed for lying to me and told him I wanted my money I paid for the inspection back. He did refund it but will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using Christian Brothers for my vehicle. I needed an oil change, but I allowed them to do a basic diagnostic. Because my car is a 2008, they found things to fix, of course! Everything came with details and photos of the problems. It was super easy to accept or decline each service because they communicate through text. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like I have at other auto shops. The biggest difference in this agency is the genuine nature of all of the employees. They are friendly, helpful, and seem to be honest about their concern. I will definitely return!

I was referred to Christian Brothers (CB) by Trey w/Grease Monkey (GM) while there for an Oil Change. Trey let me know I had an issue with my car that they couldn’t fix, but couldn’t wait and needed to be addressed right away. I gave them a call and spoke with Drew, he got me in right away, within 10 minutes they were able to confirm the issue. Ordered parts that took about a day to get, had me come back in this past Monday 1/12/26 and had my car back to me within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to anybody looking for good quality automotive maintenance to their vehicles. Their staff is bar none some of the very best I have dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot over the years. I cannot say “Thank You” enough to Drew and everyone over at Christian Brothers for everything and going the extra mile, it was greatly appreciated. You took a very stressful time and situation and turned it into a blessing, I will never forget. God Bless each and everyone of you. Brought my car here after the King Soopers fiasco and told them what I would like done and replaced but they refused to listen.

They chose to do what they wanted to and told me that it would fix the problem, we picked the car up last night and it is already has check engine codes after less than 20 miles of driving.

Do not bring your car here unless you feel like getting talk to like someone who is incompetent and then being given a car that is not running properly.

I never asked for the tank or lines to be replaced.

I told you what I experienced and that the fuel was detonating in the exhaust system.

After researching and understanding the issue I asked for things to be checked and replaced. You refused and ultimately gave us back a car that was malfunctioning in less than 20 miles, 14 to be exact. The smell of fuel still coming from the exhaust was obnoxious.

If you and your mechanics can only diagnose problems with check engine lights and codes, then maybe I overestimated what your mechanic shop can handle.

It just happened to be one of the parts I asked to be checked. Maybe I am just clairvoyant and should buy a crystal ball???

Do you remember the saying “The customer is always right”? I know it is not always true, but this one was.

The time and stress you have caused our family by not listening will not be reimbursed by King Soopers and your comments show how little you care or understand.

Please refrain from commenting until you have repaired our vehicle. I suggest you start listening to customers instead of trying to correct them before you even touched the vehicle.
