A bolt of the start moter in my Corolla is loosed. I cannot install back after I removed it. I called three car shops this morning. Only the shop provided service. I waited for Ten minutes with great results.

The Volkswagen dealership said we needed new brakes, I received a second opinion from Complete Car care and they said we didn’t need new brakes for 40,000 miles. I respect their honesty and integrity.

Had a screw in my tire. Brought it to CC Center at 8 am this morning. Called me by 9:15 am letting me know it was done. By far, the BEST customer service and fair pricing I have EVER dealt with at an auto repair/tire facility. Very honest and trustworthy. You don’t find this at many auto repair shops. Recommend 110%. Thanks guys!!

Noticed the splash shield was damaged and hanging loose under the car on a Saturday afternoon. I had a 300 mile journey the next day so needed to get it removed quickly. Not only did they remove it in 20 minutes, they wouldn’t even charge me for it. I guess the only way I can thank them is a 5 star review, which I’m more than happy to give. 👍

Complete Car Center in Munster has been my recent go-to, and I’ve felt that my car has been in good hands, and that the staff is frank and dependable. I’ve found them to go above and beyond in their customer service. I’m grateful for them.
