Don’t bring your car here is you don’t have days to wait. For it to get it looked at brought my car in 5 mins after they opened for a scheduled appointment to get it the check engine light diagnosed. Waited to the whole day called the last hour they were opened to find out they haven’t even looked at it. Just went and picked up my car instead these people don’t respect my time wasted the whole day when i could have just found a shop that could see me that day. People were rude as well would not recommend or return legit thanks for nothing.

They quoted a price then changed it. The price ranged from $400 to $550. I agreed. Had the car towed there the next day all of a sudden that same service became $1350…then he lowered it to $1100. When I declined the service and stated I would pick my car up I arrived and was treated very dismissively and rude.
When they gave me my keys and I went to pull my own car. I realized they parked my car facing the street knowing that my car would need a jump to be moved. As I looked at all the other cars they were working on they were all reversed in with access to the hood…only my car was faced forward obstructing access to the hood.
I went back in and asked if they could give me a jump.
The man was agitated and said “it’s not gonna start anyways”. He came out to give me “a jump”…he put something on my car for i kid you not less than a minute slammed my hood shut and walked off and went inside without saying a single word to me. My car didn’t turn on didn’t make a single sound. Thankfully someone else saw the situation and pulled their car up on the grass and gave me a jump! I was able to make it to autozone 7 mins up the street and they have assisted me.

I know nothing about the Doraville/ Norcross area. My Pathfinder broke down on 285 and I made the choice to go to the Auto Service Center Based on the reviews on Google.
I’m glad I trusted them to diagnose my problems and get the old beater back on the road.

Made the whole process stress-free, and the prices were very reasonable. It’s rare to find people this genuine and helpful in the auto industry, and I truly appreciate their honesty and care. Overall, great people and a great experienceI’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Clay at auto service center is reliable, honest and reasonable. He does what he says he will do and in a timely manner. They were professional all around. They did my brakes on my 2014 Toyota 4Runner and informed me on what I could expect and the costs. I asked him about buying the parts myself and having him install them – he gave me all of the ins and outs of doing that. I recommend them to everyone I know!
