The staff greeted me warmly and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. Their mechanics were knowledgeable, skilled, and approachable. This was my first time coming to this establishment for an oil change only. I received a coupon through the mail. I felt like I got the royal treatment. Dave and Brian was very pleasant. They give you a complimentary car diagnosis to let you know if anything else is going on with the car. Then they explain everything to you. I really appreciate that. There was No pressure into getting things done right away. The prices seem to be reasonable, so I will probably return at a later date for future work.

I just love coming to this location in Merrillville for all my car needs. Brian and Dave are AMAZING to deal/talk with. I really appreciate how they don’t over sell you on what you don’t need. I love the honesty and how they explain things to you. Fredo was my tech and even though I gave him a challenge with my car (and of course my car was cooperating for him at the time) he gave me his honest opinion on what needed to be fixed and what could wait. This place and location will always be my go to spot for my car. Thank you for everything!!

I’ve been going there for a couple of years , took my daughter’s car in this time for an oil change. My go-to service advisor is Dave, super friendly and always honest. The work is always done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Won’t go anywhere else. Fredo did a check over the vehicle showing any other maintenance issues but never any pressure to get more work done. Will be going back next week for an oil change on my car.
