My experience with Fine Tune Auto Service was absolutely amazing! Tiffany and Josh were hands down the best! they helped me out so much and made me feel so welcome they answered all my questions and made me feel like I was family. I called freaking out because my car would not start and they had a tow company called and out to my house, I was shocked how quickly they arrived and then it took no time to get the car fixed and back going. Thank you so much Tiffany, Josh and the whole Fine Tune crew you all are amazing we will defiantly be coming back!

Josh and Tiffany helped me diagnosed my problems with my vehicle and worked with my schedule to fit me it. They fixed my power steering cleaned up under the hood and did it in a timely manner while making sure it was back to working condition. Will definitely be coming back to the crown point location for future repairs, my car drives like it’s brand new and I couldn’t be happier bringing in the new year. Thanks for all the help y’all.

We brought our 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee to them when our battery went out, from the very start I could tell they were a great company and really cared about their customer. When I first called in, I spoke with Tiffany who told us how to bring the car in and then when we arrived, Josh was helpful from the very start telling us what to expect and assuring us a quick turnaround time for our car. Sure enough within a day our car was ready. The communication through the whole process from both Josh and Tiffany was great. They made sure to keep us updated about timelines and cost. I was driving along in my 2003 ford f350 crew cab when I noticed a monster truck on a car along side the road, it was the business sign for fine tune.. I had been looking for a business that could restore the rusted bottoms of the 4 doors on my truck for about 2 years. I stopped in and Josh helped me. Long story short, after meeting Donny and seeing some of their work, I asked for an estimate and they were quick to respond and easy to work with regarding coming to a price and scope of work. I stopped by to see the work in progress and everyone was very happy to show me through and let me see how the job was proceeding. I picked up my truck yesterday and everything has been great with the finish and workmanship of reassembly. I will highly recommend this business.
