No details as to what they were going to do first off. Had to enquire at the desk for any details.
After novacain was applied, the dentist started with the needles. I mentioned the pain, and I was ignored. During the second needle, I mentioned it again and was told to be quiet and wait. I got up and left, as the pain was terrible and the beside manner nonexistent. Staff were friendly enough. Will not return and would not recommend. I believe all these 5 star reviews were paid for and not actual patients.

The receptionist is very sweet, the dentist assistants were so amazing and helpful, and Dr. Alharbi was not only quick and thorough but very accommodating to my needs as someone with severe anxiety. He made sure I felt comfortable and assured me of any questions or problems I had before proceeding with the procedure. This establishment was extremely clean and welcoming as well! I definitely recommend them for any dental needs!

Walked into a over crowded wait area, listened to ppl groan/yell in pain while we waited 30 mins. Ppl coming out of the back looked very unwell/scared. Didn’t receive any information before the appointment, thought it was a consultation, but no, got all 4 with just some numbing. Asked abt being put to sleep (as I have a low pain tolerance) and was told my teeth were “easy” wasn’t very easy when he was pulling full force, pushing against my cheek and jaw. They brought the iv bag in, but didn’t use it… The dentist was rushing, even saying “today!” telling his assistant to hurry. The only person that gave any information was the receptionist and even then it was very basic. The instruction paper they gave was not specific for my procedure either. So overall a very confusing and painful experience, would not recommend this place honestly. Quite frankly traumatic, especially as someone w anxiety disorders, I rlly would’ve appreciated some communication and clarification
