This office is AMAZING! Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Stephanie the hygienist is so thorough, my teeth have never felt so clean! She really did take her time to make sure she got everything out that needed to be. She explained everything she was doing and what to expect in the future. The treatment coordinator was very nice and helpful. Made my future treatment plan very clear about pricing and what to expect. Lauren at the front desk is so nice and sweet and made me feel very welcomed. I was in and out with no long wait. Love that the people here are great and have it together! Have recommended this office to all my family and friends! Plus their hours are so convenient for me! Can’t hate going to the dentist with an office like this!

I never review, but today I must. I’ve been coming to this practice for about 5 years. The team here has always taken care of my family. This week I needed emergency attention and I felt like royalty.
I’m back to normal today.
I make the drive clear across town because they have never missed a step in treatment. Always honest, and always caring. This is a compassionate team. Thank you so much.

I had an awesome experience at Paradise Ridge! The staff were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain the state of my dental health. Luis was AMAZING! So kind, made me feel very comfortable, and was so easy to talk to. Will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office.
I was charged for a fluoride treatment that is fully covered under my insurance, and I was also charged above my contracted insurance rate for cosmetic fillings on very small chips. Billing transparency and adherence to contracted rates should be basic standards of care.
The cosmetic work itself was even more concerning. The dentist who worked on my front tooth nearly allowed me to leave with a noticeable mound of resin and bonding material, to the point that it looked like I had a clear orthodontic bracket attached to my tooth. This was the opposite of a cosmetic improvement. When I brought it to her attention, she explained that the chip was “so small” she didn’t want the filling to fall out. That explanation is difficult to accept, as the same tooth was beautifully restored 13 years ago by the original owner of the practice, Dr. P, and that filling lasted over a decade with no issues.
I also had a small chip on a back tooth. The X-ray did not show a cavity, yet I was told there was one. I suspect it may have been an old filling breaking down, but I agreed to have it treated regardless. Afterward, my bite felt off. When I asked for further adjustment, the dentist refused and told me I would “get used to it.” Instead, she proceeded to sand down the opposing tooth without informing me or asking for consent, unnecessarily removing enamel from a perfectly healthy tooth. Altering a healthy tooth without discussion or permission is unacceptable.
Finally, once I was able to move i looked at the time which was 602 and the close at 6. Proof without being said she wanted out of there.. I kept her 2 mins over.. this place feels like a quick cash grab without care or professionalism that also tries insurance fraud from the looks of it. I am a licensed health and life producer and this type of behavior is unacceptable especially given there many reviewers with similar cash grab vibes.
This office does not listen to patients, lacks clear communication, over charges and does not demonstrate the level of care or professionalism I expect from a dental practice. Unfortunately, this experience was a major step down from the quality of care previously provided here and I will not be returning – not even to fix the tooth she refused to sand down to correct my bite. No thank you!
UPDATE: two of the fillings fell out not even a week later!

The dentistry is fine, what is not fine is the 75 dollar charge for missing an appointment. Things happen and I am unfortunately not able to make that appointment. I work two jobs and am a single father. I originally said I could only come in on Saturdays when I was in the office last time, and was convinced to come in during the week. The person I spoke to just a few minutes ago, sounded like their name was Lauren was condescending and after I told her that I thought the charge was ridiculous she scheduled me out to mid march. I called back to cancel my appointment. The customer service was very poor. Obviously she doesn’t care about your customers.
