I have used United Performance several times now. I picked up my new toy and needed some work done to get her right. Shawn has done everything from the alternator, inner cooler, vacuum lines and battery, to pulleys, tune, electric fan, and now suspension and exhaust. I would highly recommend, and will continue to use in the future!

Shawn was great. Went there looking for some professional guidance on lowering kits and tires. Was very happy with his recommendation of Ridetech and installation. Truck drives far better than stock and handles great. Well worth it.

Shawn knows aftermarket better than most and customer service. He’s prompt and gets work done in the timeframe he commits to. My favorite part of working with Shawn is his ability to simplify things. I’m working on a new build and he came up with a parts list, purchased those parts (at a lower cost than I could have gotten them) and will be installing them for me!

My boyfriend took his 2015 F-150 to have a rebuilt motor put in it and they messed up on it and then he had a clinking sound in the motor they charge him $17,000 to not get any type of warranty for it whatsoever and now they wanted $9,000 more to fix what their shotty work did to the truck terrible place I would never take my vehicle there they buy parts with no warranties on it so basically if your vehicle gets messed up by them oh they’ll offer to help fix it but you’ll be paying thousands of dollars more to them for the crappy job they did to begin with terrible place don’t ever go here. and to respond to the response that was left you never shared with him that a short block did not have a warranty had you told him that he would have never went with a short block and you could have met him halfway you could have bought the parts and made him pay for the labor if you truly wanted to make things right with him as he has been a customer of yours for a couple of times now you did not even try to make things right you tried to charge him more money for a problem and you didn’t even tell him there was no warranty to it why would you offer somebody a short block with no warranty and have them spend $17,000 and then not even offer to make things right by saying hey I’ll buy the parts you pay for the labor so you did not try to make anything right with him whatsoever how dare you come on here and say this post was not right your ethics are clearly not right very messed up and very bad business practices Don’t waste your time or money take it to somebody who’s willing to do the right thing always.

I own a 2016 Mustang GT and was looking for the best shop around and stumbled upon United Performance and Shawn. I suggest this shop to ANYONE with a mustang/f150 or any coyote for that matter. He does an amazing, complete and clean job and is fully transparent with all work being done on the car. He’s not like most mechanics who want to rip you off and hate there jobs. He loves what he does and you can tell by the job he does! If I could rate his shop more stars I definitely would ! Doesn’t matter if you’re local to Bradenton in the 941 or up north. His shops worth the drive and you won’t be disappointed! 5 out 5!
