Installed my Corsa Exhaust with Javier on my Mustang Backwards, JM Auto spent a day and a half struggling with it and then charged me $800 for the time telling me it was “manufactured wrong” for the incorrect install when he quoted me $450. I then emailed the pictures Javier took to the manufacturer, Corsa, and as it turns out JM installed it upside down. When I asked for a refund, he refused, got angry and remarked “you better learn English” for context I’m a second generation Cuban immigrant, and I’m a bit tan but my english is completely fluent without even an accent. Javier, you are pathetic.

I can’t recommend this mechanic repair shop enough! After dealing with other mechanics for over a year and still not having my issue resolved, I was feeling pretty defeated. That’s when I decided to give this shop a try and I’m so glad I did.

Right from the initial assessment, they seemed confident that they could fix the problem. They were able to pinpoint the exact issue and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. The shop was very professional and clean, and Mr Orlando & his team were friendly and knowledgeable.

The repairs were done quickly, and the best part was that the issue was finally resolved! My car has been running smoothly ever since, and it’s such a relief to not have to keep worrying about it breaking down on me.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with this mechanic repair shop. They were finally able to fix my car issues, and I feel confident that they would be able to do the same for anyone else who may find themselves in a similar position. Highly recommend!

Javier was nice at first and when asking for a deposit he stated how much did I have towards it, I said is $500 ok? He said yes ! I went with another mechanic and he of course didn’t like that and said he was keeping my money I let him know the next day that I was going with someone else bcus he quoted me way more, and the other mechanic was giving me a loaner car. I tried to bargain with him he became rude and ended up refunding me $47 and pretty much said take it or leave it. Wouldn’t recommend him, shady .

Having Javier tune my suspension for Road Racing was the best investment I made for my 2016 Mustang Gt. The Balance of the car now is immaculate compared to before. I will definitely be doing business with him and his team again. Words can’t describe how happy I am! Thanks JM Auto Performance.
