Very rude staff. I tried to schedule an appointment for my mother, but the lady who answered the phone had an attitude and seemed like she was having a bad day. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.

The best nurse and oral surgeon ever they gave me more anesthesia every time I asked and they were very nice I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and hurt maybe 2/10 if my teeth weren’t impacted then it wouldn’t have hurt they are the best highly reccomend!

So I made an appt on a thursday to have an emergency extraction done but the insurance benefits weren’t posted for exceptance so I had to wait til the following week on a Wednesday. Unfortunately over the weekend I came down getting a cold sore. On Monday and Tuesday I pampered my cold sore hoping to get it to heal So today Wednesday on my appt day 2 hours before my appt time I called the office to inform them that the cold sore I have wasn’t healed yet and bleeding. I asked if the dentist would still see me and they said no but seeing that I’m a new patient and didn’t inform them of my cold sore within their 24 hour policy, I can’t reschedule. I told them I wasn’t aware of their policy nor did they inform me of such policy or I would have called the office on a Monday. I pleaded with them to please reconsider and to rescheduled me. They said no and the office staff also expressed she was too busy to deal with my call. If I would have shown up to my appt they would of seen my cold sore and send me home anyway. Apparently the dentist won’t provide service to a person with a cold sore which is understanding and acceptable. However being a new patient the office staff failed to inform me of their policies. Sun Dental has so many negative reviews and low ratings however I wanted to give them a chance seeing that I was a potential new patient. But now I can see why all the poor reviews. Unprofessional, unorganized, rude and inconsiderate office.

Very lovely dental office. I got my wisdom teeth out from here and the doctor was super nice and caring! He made sure to numb me every time I told him I felt pain. He was always checking up on me as well. The ladies in the front desk are super nice as well. I recommend this dental office 100% !!

This place is terrible 😞 I am a first time patient . I needed to reschedule due to the fact my child had an emergency. So they told me they can’t reschedule me nor they can’t ever or will they ever take me again . Because I called to reschedule one and only time . They wasted my time and they lady was rude and argued with me on the phone . No wonder why they were the last to call on the referr list . They don’t even get one star .
