Very pleasant experience for my first time at the dentist in the valley (I recently moved here). Very easy process to schedule an appointment and get checked in. Edgar specifically was truly so kind, warm, and welcoming. He was also very thorough and knowledgeable and I can tell he really cared about my experience. I also wanted to shoutout Dr. B (bor-something I’m sorry I can’t remember how to spell your name!!) and Dr. Wray. Dr. B was the one that examined me and did my two fillings and he was great. Dr. Wray saw my X-rays and wanted to talk to me and give me her second opinion. I didn’t even ask for a second opinion but she cared enough to actually want to sit down and chat with me about my teeth. I’ve never had a dental experience like that lol. Anyways, I’ll definitely be a regular patient here.

Dr. Khorsand and his colleagues are high quality. They don’t sugar coat anything. They tell you and perform urgent matters, and will not rip you off like other dental offices do. I went to 4 other dentists prior, and every single one told me something different. Dr. Khorsand told me what i absolutely needed, didn’t rip me off, and treated me 100%. You have to go to this dental office, you won’t regret it. Health is wealth!

The staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I went in for my wisdom tooth removal and it was really quick and an easy process. I am very satisfied with their care and I definitely recommend their office.

I was referred for extraction of all four wisdom teeth, but during my visit I clearly stated three separate times that I only wanted one tooth removed due to concerns about recovery time and pain.

Despite this, the oral surgeon repeatedly told me that I needed all four removed “either way” and continued insisting on all four extractions after I had already said no multiple times. My concerns were not addressed, and my refusal was not respected.

I was then told that I should “think about it” because another patient was waiting who needed the procedure a lot more. This comment made me feel rushed and as though I was wasting their time for not agreeing, rather than being respected as a patient making an informed decision.

I understand medical recommendations, but patient consent and respectful communication should always come first. Unfortunately, I did not feel listened to or supported during this visit. My family and I have been here multiple times with no problems. But this experience was definitely not worth coming anymore.

I came to Dr. Khorsand to establish care after moving back to the valley and I am very very happy with my experience! The staff were very friendly, attentive and gentle when it came to cleanings and examinations. Dr. Khorsand is very straight to the point and nice; I appreciate his no nonsense approach. Although the wait time was a bit long due to the holiday, I don’t believe it is always like that. I have already recommended him to my family! 🙂
