Dr. Zarate and staff have provided me and my family the best quality of service and professionalism. Appointments have been thorough and their scheduling works very well. There has never been a long wait time and the automated reminders are great! But what I appreciate most is the knowledge and advice from Dr. Zarate who is very caring of her patients.

This is the worst dental office we have ever encountered. My husband had a truly traumatizing experience here, and because of it, he has still not been able to bring himself to see another dentist.
During his visit, staff asked the routine intake questions, including whether he was afraid of needles. My husband answered honestly and said they made him uncomfortable. What happened next was completely shocking and unacceptable. Instead of responding with care or reassurance, they threw a cloth over his head, pinned him down, and injected him multiple times in the jaw.
I cannot comprehend the logic or professionalism behind asking a patient about a fear and then proceeding to aggressively traumatize them using the very thing they expressed discomfort with. What occurred felt less like medical care and more like an assault. There was no compassion, no explanation, and absolutely no bedside manner.
This experience has had lasting effects on my husband’s mental health and trust in dental professionals. It is heartbreaking that because of this office’s actions, he now refuses to seek dental care at all.
Please think twice before visiting this facility. They showed no regard for patient comfort, mental health, or overall well-being. No one should leave a medical appointment feeling traumatized.

Beware of this place! They have no professional ethicals with the worst customer service
Brenda the receptionist can’t read, called me 3 times my name wrong, made my appointment a week ago gave my insurance information and she call me today to confirm my appointment. I arrived on time filled out several papers waited 20mins passed my designated time when I asked how much longer I had to wait, Brenda tells me I will not be seen today because my insurance takes too long to Pay!!!! Why didn’t she tell me this when I made the appointment?? Don’t waste my time with this Unacceptable practice!!!!!
