I call because I had a tooth that was hurting and was told they was no opening and besides I having been in sent 2016 what that got to do with anything. My wife and son also go there. I’m not happy. Not a good way to run a business. Or maybe it has to do with my age.

Due to recent changes with my dental insurance I had to find a new practice for my dental care. After researching options I chose Fallston Family Dentistry as my first choice. I called the office with questions about the practice. The office staff was very attentive and I was able to make an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. After waiting in a nice clean waiting area I was greeted on time by a Hygienist. As a new customer I felt that the Hygienist spent extra time so that we could both get acquainted with each other. So my first experience with this practice was excellent, my Hygienist was great and Dr. Burk was as well. I was very satisfied with the Hygienist that I was provided with and I was able to schedule my next appointment with her. Thanks.

The hygienist, Kristy, was great! My teeth feel even cleaner than after prior cleanings. Dr. Burk was thorough and friendly. I just didn’t like the 1/2 wait to get in. Maybe that was unusual. I will definitely go back.

Dr. Kelly Burk and her staff are fabulous! They are the most professional, friendly, immaculately clean, comforting office and have never hurt me or my family in our dental exams. I highly recommend coming here for your dental health, you won’t regret it.
