I had my first appointment at New Smiles Dental today, and I can honestly say that this is the best dental experience I’ve had. From the moment I was checked in, I noticed how friendly, welcoming and competent the front desk staff is. I met with my dental hygienist, Sophia, for x-rays and an exam. She was gentle and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and was very personable and professional. The dentist I met with to discuss my care plan made me so comfortable and confident that the practice would be able to ensure my oral health. And, at check out, the staff at the front desk took wonderful care to educate me on my insurance coverage and get me scheduled for my next appointment. All in all, I would recommend this office to anyone in the area. Coming from someone who’s worked in healthcare for 10+ years (in both the hospital and office setting) – the staff at New Smiles Dental are all patient focused and great at what they do.

I was initially seen by Dr Rabah, who was polite and professional. He performed a small filling on one tooth and advised that I could wait to treat another cavity until after delivery, as he deemed it non-urgent. I have no complaint about him. However, I began experiencing pain from that tooth and attempted to contact the office for assistance.
Despite having medical clearance from my OB/GYN, confirming that it is safe for me to undergo routine dental care during pregnancy, the office refused to see me solely because I am pregnant.
Additionally, when I requested a copy of my X-ray so I could seek treatment from another dentist, the office stated it would take a few days because they “have stuff to do”, delaying my ability to receive timely care. The front office personnel said her name was Kelly although I’m not sure if she gave her real name. I still haven’t received a copy of my X-ray to take to another dentist who was willing to see me. We were trying to minimize another X-ray since I just took one but the office is uncooperative.

The front office staff were extremely unprofessional and rude during my interactions. They repeatedly hung up the phone on me and refused to provide a clear explanation for the refusal. I had to use another phone number for them to pick up my phone.

I believe this behavior was unjustified, discriminatory, and unprofessional, and does not meet the standards expected of licensed dental professionals.

I respectfully request that this matter is taken care of to ensure that patients, including pregnant individuals, are treated safely, fairly, and professionally

I had an outstanding experience with Dr Buroncle from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr Buroncle demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism, taking the time to explain every step of process clearly and patiently. The office is clean modern and well organized and the staff is friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate how comfortable and reassured I felt throughout my appointment. The quality of care exceeded my expectations and the results speak for them selves. I highly recommend Dr Buroncle to anyone looking for knowledgeable trustworthy and compassionate dental professional you will be in excellent hands!

I cannot say enough good things about New Smiles Dental in Woodbridge. I was a patient there for nearly 10 years before moving to Wisconsin, and they truly set the standard for what dental care should be.

From day one, they treated me with kindness, patience, and respect, never judgment. They walked me through my options, helped me get a partial, and made sure I fully understood what was happening with my mouth and my insurance every step of the way.

The clinical care is excellent—thorough, thoughtful, and never rushed. They genuinely want you to be informed and comfortable, not confused or pressured. I always felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care.

The staff deserves special recognition. The dental providers are professional, skilled, and clearly take pride in their work. And the front desk team? Amazing. Organized, communicative, funny, and warm. They always made me smile when I walked in—and when I left. Appointments were handled smoothly, questions were answered clearly, and communication was always on point.

Merry Christmas! I have been going to Dr. B since 2015! He’s an excellent dentist! In fact, despite being sidelined with my treatment plan during the pandemic, he has picked up right where we left off! Right now I am completing my preventative dental work before exploring additional cosmetic procedures. I am truly appreciative that he has a location in Woodbridge which is very convenient and accommodating. He always answers all my questions with clarity and makes recommendations. I have also referred family and friends to Dr. B! Five stars!
