This review is long overdue. While my experience with this office was decent, this was about my husbands experience. My husband went and was billed a full mouth debridement. They knew he hasn’t been to the dentist in about a year, but they failed to remember he is married to a hygienist. In no way, shape or form did my husband need a fmd. I feel like it was extremely shady of the hygienist. It’s super disappointing to see improper billing- but they did this to someone in the field. Most people would be oblivious to this. I should have disputed it back when it happened.
