I could never say enough good things about Dr. Ryan and his incredible team. I’m a mother of five children—two with special needs—and every single visit reminds me how exceptional this practice truly is. Dr. Ryan and his staff consistently go above and beyond to provide the most thorough, compassionate, and patient care imaginable. I leave every appointment feeling both grateful and relieved, knowing that each of my children receives care tailored to their unique abilities and needs. It’s clear that everyone in this office genuinely loves what they do and truly puts their patients first. I’m forever thankful for the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of this practice.

I tried to establish care for my 13 year old daughter and was about to get an appointment until they heard that I had medicaid. All of a sudden she said there were no appointments available because they were so far scheduled out and then when I pushed a little further she admitted they weren’t taking any more Medicaid patients over the age of six. I’ve never heard of this and am beyond disappointed by the discrimination. So much for community smh

While the staff is always friendly, it is so hard to get an appointment here. Several times I have had them call me to cancel my two kids appointments and their next appointment is not for several months. Our last appointment left us with a several hundred dollar surprise bill after their billing department did not notify us that they were no longer taking our insurance. Even after confirming they did not notify us, they offered no compensation.

Front office needs to be replaced. Called to inquire about information about pulling a tooth for a child. Our daughter needed sedation because she was very afraid of having the tooth pulled and the previous attempt with nitrious did not go well at all. I know there is at times a long waiting period for sedation. I was merely looking for cost and availability times to have this done and the woman on the phone just kept talking to me about a cost for a consultation.

Like providing the cost for an extraction and scheduling availability for sedation IF it was required could not be discussed before you paid a 140+ consult fee. Absolutely ridiculous.

We love Dr. Ryan and his staff. They are extremely thorough and professional!! They were incredibly patient working with my 2 year old today who was less than enthusiastic about her visit to the dentist!
