I took my 6 week old baby to see Dr Zorn for a lip and tongue tie release. She was amazing! I am a dentist myself and understand future functional implications if it is left untreated, but, as a mom, it’s scary. Dr Zorn has extensive training in the procedure and she is knowledgeable and kind. My husband and I were instantly comfortable putting our infant in her hands. Everyone was exceptionally friendly! Highly recommend!!

By all accounts, Dr. Zorn the younger is great. I did not have that experience with her father.

I came in recently for a broken crown. Dr. Z the elder looked at the underlying molar and criticized the job that had been done prepping it, until it was revealed he was the one who’d done the prepping. So yeah, impossible to prove the crown fell off due to bad prep, and perhaps unfair to accuse since it had been on for nearly 5yrs, but still.

Speaking of 5yrs, this was a few months before my insurance would cover a new one (again not the fault of big Z) so I was facing either paying out of pocket, or living with the discomfort for 5 more months. Soonest I could come back to even get a temporary crown put on was 3 months after my visit, scheduling exacerbated by the fact that “he doesn’t work on Mondays anymore.” After I switched to a new dentist closer to my house who could see me the following week (!), I was quoted an out-of-pocket price literally one third of what Zorn quoted.

Speaking of the new dentist, I explained to him what
I’d tried to explain multiple times to big Z, which is that the usual inferior alveolar nerve block does not fully numb my lower jaw, resulting in some significant pain while being worked on. New dentist agreed with my research that a “Gow-Gates block” would probably work since it is upstream on the nerve, but suggested instead adding a lingual block to the IA because the GG is painful for patients. Sure enough, I was totally numb during the entire time my new dentist (properly) prepped my molar. Got the temporary crown and am now writing this review as I await the real one from the dental lab, which they said they’d put on right away once it arrives.

Two stars instead of one because I’m grateful for the work he’d done up to this point, which was painful but effective.

We love Dr. Zorn! She is so kind and we love the entire staff! My 10 week old daughter had to get a lip and tongue tie release and we were petrified for her. She walked us through the entire experience and made us feel so at home. The second the release was done, they called me back and Dr. Zorn was rocking my baby to calm her down. It really was an amazing experience and we can’t thank her and her staff enough! 💜

We had a great experience getting my 3 week old treated for lip and tongue tie. You can tell Dr Zorn is a mom herself and knows exactly what you’re going through. She explained everything, was patient and so sweet with my son. Her entire office was so accommodating if my older two kids who had got tag along to the appointment too. She texted to check in that evening and was available for any questions I had after the procedure. So glad we found her !

Dr. Zorn and all of her colleagues were so wonderful and comforting. We brought our infant here to get his tongue and lip tie corrected. She was able to complete the procedure the same day as our consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great resources for aftercare. The procedure here was also way more affordable than any other office I called and got quotes from. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.
