I have had a not so great experience with dentists in the past. I went to Dr Melanson’s office for the first time in November. They were understanding of my situation and incredibly gentle for what was an epic cleaning.
I just had my 3m follow up and was nervous to see a different hygienist but she was equally as kind.
Even though they do not take Cigna (haven’t found a good dentist that does!!) the extra is worth it for the understanding and guilt free approach.

I highly recommend Thomas Melanson for your dentist!! My consultation was fabulous!! Explained everything from the time I sat in the chair until I left. 3 d photos of your teeth….WOW…you can actually can see the images and relate to the procedures you would need. Also a
Plan of action was prepared on moving forward. Office staff were pleasant and informative, getting me ready for my next appointment.

This is a great dental office. Everyone is friendly – from the receptionist staff, to the hygienists, and of course Dr. Tom. Warm and comfortable environment. Appointments run on time and are quick! My kids love coming here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

I love my dentist and his staff! There is a calmness to the office which is hard to express but you can just feel how much the staff really cares about the patients and one another. In other words, it feels like that old saying: “There are no strangers here.” Thank you to everyone at the practice!
