I have been a patient of Tenniswood Dentistry for several years and recently had a pretty big procedure performed by Dr Cliff. I will say that his bedside manner is the best I have ever had, and he completely ensures that you are as comfortable as possible during the entire process. The work I had done was flawless and his entire staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone seeking professional dental work!

Horrible! I had the Hispanic lady at the front tell me our dental insurance only covered emergencies. After my husband already went for his appointment. I was supposed to be next. He had to take off work for this and we had to pay out of pocket bc she insisted that our dental insurance doesn’t cover it. I thought that’s weird and makes no sense, but bc she works at a dentist office that she would know more than me. WRONG. HEATHER was my husbands dental hygienist and she was terrible!! She was so mad and upset all because I said I won’t be going next bc I have to pay out of pocket!! We had to pay for my husbands and we did not have the money for me. So instead of understand she just said “you only have to pay $200 for her, that’s it” she was more concerned about herself & schedule than us not having the money to pay. We went thru a lot of headache and back and forth trying to figure out our insurance all his coworkers & boss have the same insurance and they have never been told it’s only for emergencies. I finally went to the dentist next door. They checked my insurance and I told them what fenniswood told me and they said my insurance should cover everything and that they’re wrong. She even printed out the papers for me to show the tenniswood employee. I went to tenniswood and showed the employee where to bill.and I finally got this lady to do her job right and my insurance paid and covered for my husbands bill.the Hispanic lady never once told me she was sorry or wrong for the mistake she made. She has no idea how much more difficult she made our life in that time.

If you prefer a family owned practice versus commercial, this is the place. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. I had Dr. Jenna and she was fantastic. I had to have a tooth extracted and she explained everything, before, during and after. Her assistant Sophia was excellent as well. They take very good care of you. I was looking for a dentist here in Florida since we moved and am so glad I chose Tenniswood. I highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience at Tenniswood Dental yesterday with Dr. Cliff and hygienist Angela. Our 6-year-old son, who has autism, was initially nervous about the visit. However, Dr. Cliff and Angela were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. They took the time to build a rapport with him, making him feel comfortable and at ease. Their gentle approach and friendly demeanor transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. We are so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. We highly recommend this dental office for anyone, especially those with special needs.

There was an unnecessary misunderstanding about my insurance claim that could have been avoided with better communication. Patients should be informed of the total cost—including what insurance covers—before any procedure, even for something as simple as a cleaning. I was aware of my policy, but the remaining balance should have been clearly explained upfront. This lack of transparency is something others should be mindful of when visiting.
