Dr. Uppalapati is an amazing dentist—so gentle, thoughtful, and caring. She really listens and makes you feel comfortable while explaining the best treatment options. The staff is sweet and welcoming, and I travel from Alexandria because this office feels like the best hands you could be in.

I went to this dentist for a different issue and told them clearly that I didn’t want my wisdom teeth removed. Despite that, they went ahead and took out two of my wisdom teeth anyway. Afterward, they didn’t seem to care about how I was doing or about the pain I was experiencing. A few days later, they even called me to ask if I wanted to have the other wisdom teeth removed too. It really feels like they’re more focused on making money from extractions than on actually listening to their patients’ needs.
