The Towne Lake Family Dentistry is absolutely top notched. The front desk staff is so professional and friendly. The dental hygienist, Janice, is so professional, very thorough and always friendly and personable. She makes dental cleaning fun and enjoyable. And Dr Sheppard is always friendly and very gentle. He shows compassion to those of us fearful of dental procedures. I highly recommend them if you are looking. They will not disappoint!

I went in for the first time with a front crown off. Very educated and friendly team! They were on time, efficient and very reasonable with cost. Knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done quickly. Felt like I was home visiting old friends! Now I’m part their family!

I don’t even know where to start. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. I found them by reviews and website as I had just moved to this area. My first communication was with Leah. She was so kind and understood my fear of dentists. Her sweetness set the stage for the remainder of the experience. I met Kristi and Dr. Morgan at my first visit (had to have veneers redone after 16 years). Dr. Morgan is the best dentist that I have ever been to. He is a perfectionist who absolutely loves what he does and it shows. Kristi is one of the dental assistants. She is an absolute artist. Her work on my temporary veneers was amazing. I had so many compliments… and they were just my temporary! Kristi helped me pick out how my real set of veneers would look and I could not be more pleased. They look and feel amazing. I loved my original set from 2009, but these are far superior. Finally, there’s Michelle who is the last person you see as you leave the clinic (financial and scheduling). She’s amazing and friendly as well. I will continue to use this dentistry for as long as I live anywhere close. I can’t say enough good things. Amazing experience!

Towne Lake Family Dentistry has been great for my family. Jenni takes care of my preventative care and is awesome. LaToya handles all of my front desk needs with absolute joy and, and Tameka has handled my insurance questions and concerns with quick responses and fixes.
