On my second day of vacation in Phoenix, I stupidly cut through a flower bed and fell on gravel (very different than Ohio gravel, be careful!). Within a few hours, I was able to be seen at this facility. Dr. Michael Crawford was SO KIND, understanding, and very professional. His staff (Karla, Myra, Brionte) were very nice and helpful. Dr. Crawford was so careful with my bleeding lips, and was able to form a new front tooth and wire my four front teeth together to stabilize. He would work juggle another patient, jump back to me (I did apologize to patients in the waiting room as I was sure they got delayed) and a few hours later I was off to ER for hand xray. I can’t thank Dr. Crawford enough for helping me that day!!
To the owner of Emergency Dental, I do agree with a post seven months ago by Michele Hunter – the offices could DEFINITELY use refresh, painting. Suggestion: You should to provide Dr. Crawford with anything he needs/wants and pay him big bucks!! He is a gem and your facility would not be getting so many great reviews without his skills and compassionate care!

Dr. Crawford was absolutely outstanding when my husband had a dental emergency . The staff were incredibly supportive and they were able to see him immediately. However, most of all I admired the level of professionalism and expertise! They helped him so much and guided him in the right direction, when the knew he needed additional help! Thank You SO MUCH! It’s so refreshing to meet true medical professionals!

Dr. Ali and Danielle did a splendid job making be feel at ease during my extraction. I did not feel overwhelmed with my treatment plan. Dr. Ali made me aware of all the options available. The office has a great vibe to it – nothing pretentious. Myrna, the front office manager, is wonderful and helpful. Emergency Dental Phoenix is a rare find and I highly recommend their dental services and kind courtesy

I had a great experience today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The Dr. Crawford took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, positive visit, and I’d highly recommend anyone coming to see Dr. Crawford for any emergency or non emergency need!

Dr Michael Crawford and his staff were absolutely incredible. I had a veneer pop off and they were kind enough to get me in last minute late on a Saturday night. The staff were extremely courteous and responsive. The dental work was thorough and painless. The whole experience was fantastic.
