If I could put less stars I would. We went to get my son’s regular immunization vaccines, and we waited for almost 3 hours for attention, which never came. We decided to leave and look for a better option that is more agile and respectful of patient’s time. Never coming back here.

The worst pediatrician I have ever experienced. She would not listen to anything I had to say about my children’s diagnosis from Thier previous doctor. I gave 2 chances both of my childrens appointments we were there 3 or more hours each time

El día de hoy traje a mi hijo sin cita, con temperatura de 103* y vomito. Savia que tendríamos que esperar por qué no tenía cita. Lo metieron al cuarto y ahí entro el solo ya tenía dos horas esperando, para esto me manda mensaje diciéndome que le dolía el estómago y que ya se estaba desesperando. De pronto sale una tal Dioni preguntando por el y le dije el ya está adentro y le comenté que ya estaba desesperado y me contesta de mal modo “ pues lo trajo sin cita no??? ”y me hizo una cara de molesta!!! Ósea están cobrando por un servicio que le van a dar a mi hijo no es gratis!! Y si le molesta que lo traiga sin cita pues entonces que no digan que si lo puedo traer!!! Pero nadie tiene la culpa más que uno por seguir usando esta clínica !!! Súper malas experiencias!!!! No más!!!!!

Pésimo servicio, me tienen esperando una consulta para mi hijo que tiene faringitis y me puso una consulta por teléfono alas 10:30am y son las 5:30pm y nada que me a llamado les eh marcado más de 3 veces para recordarles y solo me dicen horita te llama . Si solo fueran honestas y decir que no tienen tiempo para atender más pacientes, me voy a ver otro pediatra. Solo hacen perder el tiempo. Que falta de respeto, es para mi hijo de 3 años, no para mi.

Called in for an appointment them telling me it will ve faster with an appointment. Got here 5 mins before and still 2 hr wait this is unbelievable this appointment isnt even for me it’s for my son who is 4. You guys need new staff or get your Priorities together.
