I had my first consultation appointment at Dental Care if Hbg. Let me say first I was seen by 3 individuals and each were thorough, professional and informative. I was impressed with the state of art office. Including the cleanliness. Each person listened to all my concerns and at the end of my visit my plan was neatly set in place. Also I can’t forget the pleasantry of the reception. I was smiling upon arrival and smiling pleasantly upon leaving. Let me add; I am comfortable with the cost. My appointment had discussion of implants and cost affordability for me as a retiree!!
In addition, this office is ran by all Women.. I am very grateful for Dr. Mudumun and her crew.

I was very afraid of the dentist but I knew I needed dental work badly, of course I put it off for as long as I could. I decided to open my AI app and asked to help me find a qualified, professional dentist that works well with people who are afraid. Dental Care of Harrisburg was one of the top options. I checked the reviews and made an appointment. I was in disbelief, following the initial appointment; I thought are these people real, I had a second visit for an extraction with just the site numbing – unheard of for me. I am extremely please with Dr. M and the staff at Dental Care. The office is clean and modern with innovative tools, the office and clinical staff are just wonderful.

I’ve had an unfortunate experience with this dental office regarding appointment scheduling and customer service. When you arrive on time for your appointment, you are often required to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. However, if you are running slightly late even by about 10–12 minutes and you call ahead to let them know you are on your way, they will still require you to come in only to cancel the appointment on the spot.

Additionally, Anna’s customer service was disappointing. Her tone came across as sarcastic and unprofessional, which made the situation more frustrating. I understand policies are important, but consistency, courtesy, and respect for patients’ time should go both ways.

This was my first time at this office. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctor!
Everything was explained to me along the way. I was treated with respect and patience. I am very happy that I chose Dental Care of Harrisburg.

New patient exam was thorough and efficient. Dr, hygienist, assistant and front desk were all very friendly and worked well together. Great care and lots of laughter in the office!
