This is my new forever dental home!Dental visits are not something I look forward to, and I usually arrive feeling tense. My time at Alameda Dental was different than what I’m used to. When I arrived there was another person ahead of me waiting to be checked in. As they approached the front desk the receptionist greeted him by name. The interaction was like watching two friends interact. After I sat down to do paperwork another patient came in for an appointment and was greeted
by several of the front desk, again like they were old friends-
The office felt orderly and unhurried, and the approach throughout my visit helped me settle in rather than feel on edge. I appreciated how information was shared clearly and at a pace I could handle.
I didn’t feel pushed or dismissed, and that alone made a meaningful difference. I left feeling calm and relieved, which is not typical for me after a dental appointment. Great Experience!

I’ve came to this office in the past and they are usually nice I have even recommend family and friends last year. However as of today the front desk was polite but the office manager Kara and Dr. Andrew are horrible people they have not followed HIPAA guidelines and the bed side manner was very unpleasant they didn’t greet me or weren’t even kind. I apologize for even having to write this review I was just very applauded by the behavior and group meetings they were having.Please don’t be in a community and make the community feel unwelcomed , broke and out of place in the middle of Aurora

The staff at Alameda Dental are fantastic. They offer brilliant customer service and Dr. Greg is my new favorite Dentist! Thank you for such great service and giving me a better smile!!!!
