I went to my first appointment at this dental office feeling very scared and nervous, just like many people do. Oh my gosh — what a difference from what I expected! Everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming that I completely forgot how afraid I was when I first arrived.
Dr. Ted T. Im is very kind and extremely knowledgeable, and the staff is super nice and professional. The office is updated and very clean, which made me feel even more comfortable.
This will definitely be my dentist from now on. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!

Very unprofessional. The office manager just argued with me because I was rescheduling my appointment. She stated that I should have rescheduled 48 hours in advance because someone else could have booked this appointment. I informed her that I had no knowledge of the 48 hour rescheduling policy. ****She then proceeded with “what were you doing that took you so long to reschedule?” **
This question was very dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional! Most importantly, it’s none of her business to question my whereabouts or why I didn’t reschedule sooner.
I didn’t receive any email or text reminders of the appointment yesterday or the day before or the day before that.
Not to mention the quality of service and follow up is poor. My first appointment was last year with this dentist and they said they would seek approval with my insurance company for a deep cleaning. No one ever called to give me an update or even schedule my next appointment. I had to call myself 6 months ago and again 2 months ago to schedule my appointment. My appointment was clearly a priority to me and I would only need to cancel under serious conditions.
I won’t be going back here. They also don’t provide any after visit care or paperwork which is the first time I’ve experienced this.
I ended up explaining why I didn’t get the chance to reschedule. lol then she said “I didn’t need to tell her all that” lol. Hopefully that will be the last time she ever asks that question cause I gave her a rundown of my schedule as a doctor, mother of two, one son with autism, a man, a business, a household, appointments, and kids in sports.
It’s the office’s responsibility to provide reminders per a patients preferred method of communication 24 hours in advance. And if 48 hours is required for cancellations, it should be reiterated in appointment reminder threads. Bottom line, the office manager was out of line! Life is too short to be going back and forth with a customer that’s paying you about rescheduling their appointment. Take a class on customer service and professionalism or find a new job. It may even be unethical to question a claimant and not follow up with appointments or provide reminders 24-48 hours before the appointment. I will look into it and update the post of your rights and the offices responsibilities.
Hope this review helps others. Please contact me if anyone has had similar experiences. I hope this office manager is not emotionally abusing or attacking other people when trying to reschedule.

I’m a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, and believe me I’m no spring chicken. The staff at Image Dentistry are friendly and care about my needs. The Dentist and hygienist listen if you have a concern or do not feel comfortable about something. I asked for a certain injection I wanted for numbing my teeth for the work to be dont, and they gave it to me with no problem. I feel completely comfortable and happy with service Image Dentistry has provided me with and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

The location is very clean and neat. In addition, The staff and the manager are great!!!!!! The staff and manager are very thoughtful regarding our insurances. They make sure they do the best to assist us with our cost because they know how to coordinate the insurance for us. Moreover, the dentist and the dentist hygienist are great they are honest and both are very through, and they don’t do anything that is not needed !!!!!
