I visited Siler City Family Dentistry late Aug for a routine cleaning. By far the worse cleaning I had ever experienced, no flossing, extremely rough and the dental cleanse was not thorough at all from what I was use to in the past. It felt extremely rushed and the environment didn’t look very clean either. After this appointment I was told I’d need a crown or even possibly a route canal. As a patient who is paying out of pocket and was told the crown could possibly fix my problem and be cheaper I went that route. Bc if the root canal was necessary then the dentist should have told me that and sent me to a specialist to get that done first off. Don’t give your patients options, as a Dentist you’re the professional, you need to lead your patients in the correct and healthy direction. But instead I was told we can do the temp crown and go from there. So we proceeded to do that mid September. AFTER the procedure I was in unimaginable pain. My entire mouth. This continued for 2 weeks. I reached out the SCFD and they referred me to a root canal specialist and gave me Tylenol for my pain. I did not go with there referral due to them leading me the wrong direction prior. I no longer trusted their word. I reached out the a dentist out in Burlington. Comes to find out my x rays showed my wisdom tooth would have prevented a successful root canal due to it being in the roots of the molar that they placed the temp crown on. So this tells me they were not in it for my best interest and that’s sad. Today I got both my molar and wisdom extracted by Fuller Dentistry in Burlington, they are great & clean! I do not recommend Siler City Dentistry for anything and obviously will never be back.

The office is great with my special needs son. They are always quick and on time. So glad I found them.

My wife and I both went here for a cleaning and ended up with the worst tooth pain we ever had! It’s going to cost a lot to get ourselves fixed. We need to organize a class action lawsuit against this dentist as this seems to be part of her scheme to ruin patients teeth please contact me if you experience the same issue.

I absolutely loved this place! The people are very nice & the doctor is great! So glad I changed & decided on this place!

Dr Lopez was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. 100/10
