From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My dental hygienist (Kelsey) was outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and gentle. She explained my oral health clearly and gave helpful tips without being overwhelming. I truly appreciated how thorough she was while still making the appointment comfortable. The office runs efficiently and feels very clean and organized. Great experience overall.

I am so happy I found Dr. Peggy and her staff! Upon the exam, Dr. Peggy noted a growth on my face and recommended that I have it biopsied. I am so glad I took her advice because it turned out to be cancerous. Thank you all for an overall great experience!

Today we are in the middle of snowstorm and I called to change my appt today concerned about if it was safe to drive because I am elderly and live out of town. They said policy is nonnegotiable $ 75 cancellation fee I already am a long standing client for years at Up North and pay cash without questioning ( I do not have insurance). I felt the fee should be waived due to “ do not travel” warning on today’s roads. So their concern was more for their overhead cost than my safety told me a lot all I needed to know.

Hygienist did a great job on taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. A good dental exam. I was a dental technician in the Navy for 4 years. So I know quite a bit about dentistry. Good friendly people. Very knowledgeable staff.

Jodi did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She even gave me a pillow which I placed under my neck making me much more comfortable.
Dr. Peggy is very skilled and pleasant.
