I had my first appointment yesterday and was truly impressed. My experience started with Judy, who welcomed me with genuine care and attention to detail. I am not a fan of the dentist, but her warmth reassured me I was in the right place. Dr. Sterr was excellent and took his time explaining my dental needs clearly and thoroughly. Erica wrapped up the visit with a helpful overview and was incredibly kind and accommodating. One last note—the office is beautiful and very inviting.

I went to Seven Hills Dentistry earlier today. It was my first Dentistappointment in 10 years, so I was slightly nervous. Dani, my hygienist, was wonderful and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The doctor was great and Paige, the office manager, went over the scheduling of my recommended procedures and the payment plan with me in detail and answered all of my questions. All the staff were really great. I would highly recommend this practice.

I LOVE this dentist office and that is saying ALOT as I have EXTREME dental anxiety and have experienced severe trauma and abuse by the dental industry leading to ptsd attacks relating to dental care. I used to run out and hide in parking lots to avoid even simple cleanings. I would hide for hours out of pure fear. After many many horrific experiences I finally found this practice awhile ago and I couldn’t be happier. They are so kind, so understanding, they treat me with empathy and gentleness even when I may be being a bit difficult as I do have a tendency to cry like a baby during appointments and especially during procedures and it is very embarrassing having that reaction as a grown adult but they never make me feel bad about it or say anything but kind positive reassuring things towards me and I can’t explain how much it means to me to have that compassion from everyone in the office. They truly go above and beyond. I have had such BEYOND negative experiences in the past with every other dentist Ive seen which is why my dental hygiene really deteriorated at such a young age because I would be so so scared to go to a dental office but I feel so SAFE here. I can’t recommend it enough for people who have experienced dental trauma and abuse from other hygienists at other establishments, for anyone who has anxiety disorders, anyone who may be nuerodivergent and sensitive to these kinds of things. They treat me like a human being and not someone they are just expiramenting on. I cant say enough amazing things about this office and staff and how they have impacted my life in such a positive way. I really want to thank Dr.Sterr he is an amazing doctor, his work is stellar, he is just an overall wonderful human who will make sure the procedure goes smoothly every time and makes sure you are comfortable and pain free in the office as well as when you leave the office, I want to shout out the incredible work and bedside manner of the hygienist who I believe her name starts with an O (girl Im so sorry I was loopy when I asked your name but you deserve your flowers you are an angel truly) but she wears cute space buns she is just adorable and sweet and incredibly knowledgeable and great at what she does I really trust her and she is also a sister from Chicago which makes me love her even more! It felt like my dad was with me in a way since he was born and raised there and she was just so wonderful to me I just cant say enough good things. Both of them are a dream team. I also have to shout out the woman at the front desk (I will get her name and include it!) she is such a sweet angel and is so kind and makes sure all appointments run smoothly and she got me in so quick I am so grateful!!

Overall I love this place. I recommend it to everyone I know and now reader I am recommending it to you! It is very hard to get a 5 star review from me but I’d give this place 100 stars if I could!

(I do want to add I did have one bad experience with one of the main male dentists but I would hope that he works more with people who aren’t traumatized like me and more for just regular people who dont have such deep rooted issues and dental trauma I would not recommend him if you are someone who cries during dental work as it seems to upset him and then that really upset me and also when I experienced complications and severe pain that I had questions about I called multiple times and he never returned the calls so I almost didnt come back because of this but Dr.Sterr completely changed my outlook and I will happily be returning as I continue my dental journey!)

If you are looking for great people who do great work as well as offering very flexible payment plans I really couldn’t recommend this place more!!! I am so thankful for everyone there!!! 🩷

Seven Hills Dentistry is an amazing dentist! They are kind, welcoming, and make the process so smooth. I did not feel anxious or stressed about going to them!

I have been going here for a little over a year for my dental needs. Denise is a joy to talk to and does a great job!! Would definitely recommend.
