Service tech arrived on time. Friendly. Was able to determine hot side shutoff was not working correctly. Will need repaired to function as expected. This Sears visit was for a yearly maintenance agreement and ensuring both washer and dryer working efficiently. A+ customer service.

Bradley is an amazing, kind, and courteous person. He was very professional. I love his communication and customer service qualities. He called to let me know he was on the way and he also let me know he arrived. I was very happy about that. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and ordered the part right away. Brad, the repair technician was punctual, professional, knew his stuff, and got this repaired properly on the first try. The problem is that the powers that be no longer let repair people stock parts on their van. As such it seems like basically whenever a part is needed, it has to be ordered. This time the part came within 24 hours and the service company which apparently was Sears appliance service changed our appointment and made a three days earlier once they knew the part was on the way. Since they ask you to tell them exactly what you think is wrong with the machine in advance, why not use your AI and just have the permanent parts ready and available on the truck. Wouldn’t that save everyone a lot of time and effort and money?

Brad arrived early and proceeded to evaluate the problem with washer. Found what was wrong, recalibrated machine ran through a wash cycle. At the end of cycle all worked as intended. Brad was professional and prompt with explaining and advising on the situation

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Sears washer repair technician. The technician was short, disrespectful, and unfriendly from the moment the visit began. He made little effort to explain what he was doing, communicated poorly, and seemed irritated by basic questions about the repair.

Instead of being helpful or professional, he became dismissive and ultimately stormed out, leaving the job unresolved. His behavior was unacceptable and completely inappropriate for someone whose job requires working directly with customers.

This was not a technical issue—it was a customer service failure. Someone who is unwilling to communicate, lacks basic courtesy, and treats customers with open disrespect should not be working in a customer-facing role. Sears seriously needs to reevaluate this technician, as his conduct reflects very poorly on the company.
