I miss seeing Emily & Dr. Walrond… it was good to see Dawn, as always, and the other Dentist was very nice & professional.

Something did feel different to me. The cleaning price has increased and the woman who took Emily’s place was nowhere near as friendly, sadly. She asked me for my license (ID) to copy & never stated why , as she was talking on the phone.

. I’ve been going to this practice since Dr. Fields was there- a long, long time.

Things change over time.. it’s an adjustment, for sure.

I have been a patient for 22 years. As of the recent purchase, I feel this practice has lost some of its uniqueness. The front receptionist is not a great ‘people person.’ You will not get the warm greeting from her. She is not a “Virginia.”
My bill was also raised, even without any x-rays. I sure love my hygienist, but I may have to consider finding another practice closer to my home.

I’ve had several dentists over the years: Dr. Walrond is one of the very best. I have complete confidence and peace of mind with him. He is an exceptional dentist-professional, skilled and genuinely caring.
While I am happy for him as he moves toward retiring, I know his patients and friendly, competent staff will miss him.
I trust his professionalism and dedication to patient care to ensure we will be left in good hands.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr Anderson & she made me feel like she had known me forever . She was very personable and hands on. What a gem. Dawn, Virginia and Emily are my faves.. they always welcome me with great smiles and conversations. Pleasant Garden Dental cares about me and my smile .

Yesterday was my first time meeting Dr. Scott Walton and his dentist assistant, Cathy. They are such wonderful and nice people. They surely made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Since I’m Deaf, they made our communication very articulate and effective. Not just them but the rest of others who work there provided excellency hospitality! As soon as I left from their office, I told myself it’s about time I found a good dentist and dentist assistant, they are the best! Overall, I’m very impressed with their services. I already am so looking forward to going back to them tomorrow!
