I have been here 2x. Both times I saw the dentist for under a minute. I absolutely loved the receptionist and appreciate all the help they were. I had a filling scheduled but cancelled it after reading all of the bad reviews that justified my feelings were correct.

I was a new patient to this practice. Explained I needed tooth pulled and they got me in so quick! The whole staff there was so kind and helpful! The Dr that pulled my tooth was so quick and professional, I would recommend this office for anyone! Thanks again!!

Dr Fanz was short and rude. She was in my room less than a 30 seconds and just walked away. A thorough examination was not done. When I expressed my concerns about my situation Mindy got offended and became hostile as well.

Last week I scheduled an eight am appointment. They called at 7:30 saying the had to cancel, because an assistant didn’t show up. I rescheduled for the following Monday. My GPS took me to the wrong National. I called to let them know. I showed up right at the 10 minute cutoff to not be seen. The heavy set lady told me I still had to reschedule. I rescheduled for that Thursday. They call again to cancel it, because not enough staff. She offered me a new appointment. I told the lady this was twice now, and it was unacceptable. She put me on hold, and offered me a later appointment then she originally tried to reschedule. She said she gave it away, and hung up. I called back, and they put me on the phone with the office manager. The office manager said they wouldn’t be seeing me, because I was rude. All I said was it was unacceptable. As for Doctor Fanz. I only saw her once. She was kind of condescending. I wasn’t very impressed, but it’s hard to get a dentist due to the pandemic. I figured I would give her a shot. After reading reviews about children with bleeding mouths from being numbed up, and her being rude about I’m glad she’s not getting to do more work on me.
So this was my last time coming back here just because of a couple reasons but I’m giving this place two more stars than I would have before my last visit because this time I was welcomed with open arms. The dental assistant was really nice and made me feel comfortable being there. I have dental anxiety really bad so this made me feel happier about being there. Along with the man they have do root canals, I think he is contracted through them but doesnt work there all the time so I dont know what his name was but he was really nice to me and also just all around made me feel okay. I unfortunately will not give 5 stars because of my visit before my last one because I had one of the rudest dentists along with the owner of place treat me like i was stupid. The problem was is that I had temporary bridges put in and I had them in for a bit and sadly they had fell out the day before I had to go in and get my official bridges I have today. I didnt drive there to get them put back in because I didnt think it was that big of a deal being is I was coming in the next day anyway. At that time I was in my senior year of high school so i was pretty busy 24/7 making sure I was getting every bit of my work done (keep in mind i live 25-30 minutes from this place) so I never had time to call and run over there before they closed. So when I go in the next day I get scolded for not coming in. I was not only felt embarrassed but unwelcomed. So not only did they disregard where I lived, if I was still in school, and my anxiety. I will not be coming back here and will be going back to a local dentist. I hope they do think more about the way they treat their patients but I’m not sticking around to find out.
