Such a warm and friendly environment with kind and enthusiastic staff. Both my husband and I receive care here and have had positive experiences. My DH is Dottie and she took terrific care of me. She’s both knowledgeable and vivacious which made me feel very much at ease. The dentist himself, Dr. Tatum, was also very kind and took my concerns into consideration which I very much did appreciate. I am uncertain of the woman’s name who tended to my husband throughout the year but he’s always reported on how polite and thorough she is. In fact , for my appointment she recalled a procedure my husband had relayed to her that I was interested in and she made note of it whilst I was getting acquainted with Dottie. I truly appreciated that, especially with being a veteran and having to encounter and navigate the many instances of negligence. This practice is also very veteran friendly for those of you in search of a destination. I’d also like to commend the receptionist. She was kind as well as organized. Verbosity aside, over all just an excellent experience through and through and I highly recommend.

Was seen today after an unexpected issue arose just before the short Thanksgiving work week ended. Luckily they had a canceled appointment and I was able to get in. Everyone was very nice to me and I was made comfortable for the procedure. Dr. Tatum was very personable and reassuring and Essence was great keeping things going for Dr. Tatum. She was the best. Things were fixed in short order. I had no pain during the process and no pain after the anesthesia wore off on my way home. Everyone in the office was extremely nice getting me in and getting me out. Just a great overall experience.

Dr. Tatum and his staff are top notch! I drive 3 1/2 hours to see him. Highly recommend him and his team. They do great work and are honest with you.
