Depending on what day you call their office, you might have a friendly and productive conversation with the office staff, or have a dismissive and hurried response from the front office. During routine visits for 6 month cleanings, I was spoken to by Dr Snyder about the shape of my throat, and that I should be evaluated for sleep apnea several times. I had very recently had a sleep study done through my medical PCP’s office, and I was not diagnosed with any sleep apnea, I felt uncomfortable about the pressure to be evaluated for a condition that I don’t have and that I place in the “wheelhouse” of my medical physician. I found it increasingly difficult to schedule an appointment in a realistic timeframe, and I requested and was placed on the waiting list for any cancellation which would allow for an earlier appointment. I never received a call, and after waiting over 3 months ended up having to wait until the following calendar year to have dental work completed that was covered by my dental insurance. That was an expensive wait for me because of unused dental insurance benefits, and was the final straw that caused me and my husband to search for a new dentist.

Today was my teeth cleaning appointment with Becky. She was gentle, thorough and complimentary. Dr L came in and checked my mouth and teeth. She was good and thorough which I appreciate due to a friend’s recent diagnosis of mouth cancer. Made me realize how important these regular check ups are!!

Top notch staff and they go out of their way to make you feel taken care of, explain anything you need to know and do it with a smile the entire time. Between Becky the dental hygienist and Dr L, which is who took care of me, their service, knowledge, and care bedside manner are the best around!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits to this practice. Dr. Muniz made the entire experience a memorable one. She’s friendly, caring, technically proficient, and thorough. The two crowns I had done, were painless and fit with very minor adjustments. A superb job! Thanks
