From the very first appointment Dr. Innis was extremely professional and made sure the infection in my teeth and gums was under control and throughout the 7 months so far that I have had 23 teeth extracted. She has worked with me more than I’d expect any dentist to attempt to make sure my dentures worked out… Thanks to her and the great help of her assistant yesterday was the first time I’ve smiled as much in over a decade.

This dental clinic is wonderful! Everyone is so nice. My dentist is EXCELLENT!!! Three extractions so far, with NO pain or suffering. They even cover me with a plush blanket so I feel safe during procedures. They are conservative about dental care, trying to avoid anything unnecessary or potentially damaging. They do all they can to save your teeth. And they accept Medicaid. I get appointments really fast, with no wait list. Highly highly recommend them!!!!

left other bad tooth in and didn’t fully extract the other tooth. here I am in extreme pain and telling me I have to be put on a waiting list.

Have not done any of the things they have promised to do so far. I have been waiting on a root canal for 2 teeth for almost 6 months. My fillings are breaking apart (first one broke almost in half not even 24 hours when I wasn’t even eating) and have been causing infections that when I try to call them to get checked out so I could get antibiotics. I was met with either 1. No answer to the call during their working hours 2. Being told yes they would get me the antibiotic prescription and then it never shows up to my pharmacy to which then when I call again they have no record of 3. Refusal to see me for an infection because my dentist was on vacation. I’ve been told by multiple doctors who I had to see to receive said antibiotic to stop seeing this dentist. Then overall the dentists treat you as an ego boost, they’re only there because it feels good to help ‘poor people’ and you can tell by the way they treat you and the way they act.

I can’t believe how amazing every single person here is!!!! Amber was so stellar & got me in for a full, comprehensive screening. Everyone was so adept & I walked out smiling from getting to hang with a badass group of women. Not your typical dentist appt!!!! 🤪💫
