My two kids are now traumatized from this dentist. They both shiver from hearing Dr. Olivia’s name. It is true that they strap kids down and it gave both of mine panic attacks! I couldn’t bear seeing them in so much pain! My daughters’s teeth are ruined thanks to them. Thankfully we left, we hope they are doing better to other patients.

Becareful with this office, I took my child in for a regular checkup, after they took x-ray, they called me in and said my child has 2 cavities and it will cost $150 for copay for the work. I asked to see the x-ray and where the cavities are, the dentist told the assistant to show me the x-ray with the cavities. They both stared at each other in a weird way, I knew they were trying to scam $150 out of me and tried to bill insurance for more, I waited but no x-ray was shown and they processed to cleaned my child’s teeth. After, they finished they told me to floss her teeth more often but no mentioned about the cavities. I guessed the cavities fixed itself. I not ever bringing my child back. I don’t trust a scamer with my child. I bet you this office already scammed many clients.

Great dental office and customer service been coming with Dr Olivia for 10 years. Great with Kids. She sees all 4 of my kids .

On 1-23-2021, I took my son to Family Fun Dental at 7744 Westminster Blvd, Westminster CA 92683. After exam & took 6 x ray films, Dr. Olivia Nguyen extracted wrong 2 tooth of my son without analgesic. Dr. Olivia Nguyen advice me to extract teeth #24 & 25, then She apply analgesic to teeth #24 & 25, but She extract teeth #8 & 9 without analgesic. My son is only 6 years old. He pain like torture. Now he lost teeth #8 & 9, and wait for 2 years to regrow.

Sau khi khám & chụp 6 phim x ray, bác sĩ Olivia Lan Hương Nguyễn đã nhổ nhầm 2 chiếc răng của con tôi mà không có thuốc giảm đau. Bác sĩ Olivia Lan Hương Nguyễn nói nhổ răng số 24 & 25, sau đó Bác sĩ ấy bôi thuốc giảm đau cho răng số 24 & 25, nhưng nhổ răng số 8 & 9 không có thuốc giảm đau. Con trai tôi mới 6 tuổi. Em đau như bị tra tấn. Hiện cháu bị mất 2 răng số 8 & 9, phải đợi 2 năm nữa mới mọc lại.

This office is more pleasant then others dentistry office. Yes, they do strap your kids down like some of the reviews mentioned, but only when your kids are not staying still. My daughter been strapped down when she was younger, around 4 years old, it’s for her safety. We are talking about medical instruments here that can cut and bleed the gum if your kids don’t stay put. So stop the whining, people. We been going to dr Olivia’s office for over 13 years and counting, except for one year we had insurance they did not accept…that office was a nightmare. I am in no relation with dr ovilia’s or her office.
